What you need to know
- You have 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.
- Once an order enters processing, we can’t guarantee cancellation, but we’ll try.
- To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number.
- Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Processing takes 5–7 business days; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post.
- Please confirm your shipping address before paying; address changes may not be possible after checkout.
Cancellation window
You can request to cancel your dourange order within 2 hours of placing it. We begin preparing orders quickly to keep your plans moving.

How to request a cancellation
- Write an email with subject: Cancel Order – [Your Order Number].
- Include your full name, order number, and the reason for canceling (optional).
- Send it within 2 hours of purchase to [email protected].
- Watch for a confirmation email letting you know if we could stop the order.
After processing begins
When an order moves into processing or ships, we can’t promise a cancellation. If we’re unable to stop it, you’ll receive shipping updates as usual. After delivery, standard return options may apply.
Refunds for approved cancellations
- Method: refunded to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
- Bank posting: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before payment. Orders may begin processing quickly, and address changes or corrections might not be possible afterward.
