How do I place an order and what happens after checkout?
Add your favorite styles to cart and checkout in USD using PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex. Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable. After you place your order, you’ll get an order confirmation by email. We’ll prepare your package within 1-1 business days and send a shipping update when it’s on the way.
Sizing guidance and what to do if you’re unsure

What are the shipping fee and timelines?
The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. Standard handling time is 1-1 business days. Standard transit time is 2-5 business days. Free shipping is not offered.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll share tracking details by email so you can follow your package from our door to yours.
Returns
What’s the return window and what’s required?
Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery. There’s no restocking fee. To start a return, email [email protected] for instructions. The original shipping fee is refunded only when dourange is at fault.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. It can take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
