- Orders start processing after payment authorization on business days only.
- Standard handling time: 1-1 business days.
- Standard transit time: 2-5 business days.
- Standard shipping fee: $6.99 per order.
- Tracking sent by email after dispatch; carrier scans can take 24–48 hours to appear.
- Some orders may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
- Make sure your shipping address is accurate; delivery issues from incorrect addresses are your responsibility.
- Weather, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our control may cause delays.
- If a package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos.

Destination availability
We ship to most addresses serviceable by our carriers. If your destination can’t be serviced, we’ll notify you. Orders to unserviceable addresses will be canceled and refunded.
Tracking and split shipments
You’ll receive tracking by email after dispatch. If your order includes items that ship from different locations, they may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
Address accuracy
Enter your full, correct shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Delays outside our control
Occasional delays can occur due to severe weather, carrier backlogs, customs inspections, or other disruptions. We’ll keep an eye on your shipment and assist where possible.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but can’t be found, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. Include your order number and clear photos (for damage) so we can review and help.
